3. Licenses have codes - the client's name or working place. Only one person with that code can access the system at the same time.

4. The defined price of user's licence is 800 EUR. The price is fixed and doesn't depend on the number of users, that is the number of bought licenses in a company where AKORD is implemented.

5. The very implementation, its duration and price, are a matter of agreement between the AKORD consultant and the client he works with, or the client and the consultant the client chose. The Ipsylon company, the creator of AKORD software, suggests that clients should choose consultants they had worked before with, for example through accounting, or those who they know in person.

6. The annual charge for AKORD software maintenance is 15% of the price of all bought licenses. If the maintenance agreement is achieved with the client, these services are active from the day of the delivery of the AKORD software until the deadline defined by the contract. The maintenance includes the following services:

  • Upgrading the AKORD software to newer versions: AKORD is continually developed and improved in aspects of quality and keeping it up to date, and it also get adapted to the various circumstances.
